N100 Non-asbestos Gasket Paper

N100 paper gasket material is made of high temperature resisting synthetic fiber, nitrile rubber and inorganic filler. The material has high mechanical strength, low water and oil absorbability, excellent compressibility and recovery. It is also vulcanized fully used for gasket of automobile and motorcycle, flange gasket in petroleum chemical industry.

Recommended for sealing oil, fuels and water in applications with intermittent operating temperatures up to 180oC. Applications include automotive, water pumps, intake manifolds and small engines.
